    Alles in einem Shaker mit Eis gut sch\u00fctteln. In einen Tumbler mit Eis abseihen. Minzbl\u00e4tter als Garnitur hinzuf\u00fcgen. Fertig.<\/p>\n

    Detaillierte Tipps f\u00fcr den Cocktail „Illegal“:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Mezcal-Wahl:<\/strong> Achte darauf, einen gut balancierten Mezcal zu verwenden \u2013 am besten einen mit nicht allzu intensiver Rauchnote, damit die anderen Zutaten nicht untergehen. Ein Mezcal mit milder Rauchigkeit, der eher fruchtige und erdige Nuancen mitbringt, passt hier besser. J\u00fcngere Mezcals (also „Joven“) eignen sich meist hervorragend, weil sie die Limette und den Sirup nicht zu sehr \u00fcberdecken.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    2. Zuckersirup:<\/strong> Selber machen ist hier, so ehrlich muss ich sein, fast immer besser. Ein einfacher Zuckersirup im Verh\u00e4ltnis 1:1 aus Wasser und Zucker (kurz aufkochen) funktioniert perfekt. Wenn du besonders experimentierfreudig bist, kannst du auch einen Agavensirup verwenden \u2013 der passt thematisch sch\u00f6n zur Agave im Mezcal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    3. \n

      Limettensaft:<\/strong> Immer frisch gepresst, das versteht sich von selbst, oder? Nichts ruiniert einen Cocktail so schnell wie fertiger Saft aus der Flasche. Am besten schmeckst du die S\u00e4ure gegen die S\u00fc\u00dfe des Zuckersirups ab, bevor du alles sch\u00fcttelst. Es geht hierbei um Balance!<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Angostura Bitter:<\/strong> Der Spritzer Angostura funktioniert hier wie ein Salz in der Suppe. Nicht zu viel, aber gerade genug, um die Aromen noch etwas mehr zu strukturieren und Tiefe reinzubringen. Achte darauf, dass du nicht zu gro\u00dfz\u00fcgig damit umgehst.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Minzbl\u00e4tter:<\/strong> Die Minze dient in erster Linie der Dekoration und als Aroma-Anreicherung (durchs Einatmen der Duftstoffe), schr\u00e4nke sie also in der Menge ein. Wenn du die Bl\u00e4tter zuvor leicht zwischen den H\u00e4nden klatschst, aktivieren sich die \u00e4therischen \u00d6le und die Minze riecht intensiver.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Eis:<\/strong> Dieser Cocktail sollte k\u00fchl, aber nicht \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfig verd\u00fcnnt serviert werden. Verwende also am besten gro\u00dfe Eisw\u00fcrfel anstelle von kleinem Crushed Ice. Je langsamer das Eis schmilzt, desto l\u00e4nger bleibt das Aromenprofil des Cocktails stabil.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
