Kurzanleitung f\u00fcr den Cocktail Batida<\/strong><\/p>\n

Du brauchst:
\n– 5 cl Cacha\u00e7a
\n– 3 cl gezuckerte Kondensmilch
\n– 5 cl frisches Obstp\u00fcree (z.B. Maracuja oder Erdbeere)
\n– Eisw\u00fcrfel<\/p>\n

Zubereitung: Alle Zutaten in einen Shaker geben und kr\u00e4ftig sch\u00fctteln. Dann in ein gro\u00dfes Glas (am besten ein Tumbler) f\u00fcllen, mit einigen Eisw\u00fcrfeln auff\u00fcllen und sofort genie\u00dfen. Cheers!<\/p>\n

Detailierte Tipps und Anmerkungen<\/strong><\/p>\n

Die \u201eBatida\u201c ist wahrscheinlich genau der Cocktail, den du dir w\u00fcnschst, wenn drau\u00dfen die Sonne brennt und der Sommer sich in seiner vollen Pracht zeigt. Der Cacha\u00e7a (den kennst du vielleicht schon von der Caipirinha) bildet hier die Basis. Er bringt im Vergleich zum Rum eine etwas \u201eehrlichere\u201c Note mit, da Cacha\u00e7a aus frischem Zuckerrohrsaft und nicht aus Melasse hergestellt wird. Wenn du die Wahl hast, nimm einen hochwertigeren Cacha\u00e7a \u2013 du wirst den Unterschied merken. Ein billiger, extrem alkoholischer Cacha\u00e7a kann den Spa\u00df am Cocktail massiv schm\u00e4lern.<\/p>\n

Was das Obst angeht:<\/h3>\n

Hier punktet der Batida durch seine Flexibilit\u00e4t. Du kannst fast jede Frucht verwenden! Klassiker sind Maracuja oder Erdbeere, aber auch Mango, Ananas oder sogar Limette funktionieren hervorragend. Am besten nimmst du frische Fr\u00fcchte und p\u00fcrierst sie selbst \u2013 das sorgt f\u00fcr die beste Konsistenz und intensiven Geschmack. Wenn du mal faul bist (no judging!), tun es notfalls auch fertige Fruchtp\u00fcrees oder Fruchtnektar, aber das ist nat\u00fcrlich weniger authentisch.<\/p>\n

Zuckergehalt:<\/h3>\n

Wenn dir gezuckerte Kondensmilch zu s\u00fc\u00df ist, kannst du Variationen probieren. Etwas frische Sahne oder Kokosmilch verd\u00fcnnen das Ganze etwas und machen es \u201esmoother\u201c. Aber Achtung, die Batida lebt tats\u00e4chlich etwas von ihrer S\u00fc\u00dfe, also sei nicht zu streng mit dem Zucker! Und falls du es eher \u201elushig\u201c magst, ein kleiner Schuss Sahnelik\u00f6r (wie Baileys) kann das Ganze auf eine ganz andere Ebene heben.<\/p>\n

\u00dcbrigens: Das Sch\u00fctteln ist hier so essentiell wie in kaum einem anderen Cocktail. Vor allem die Kondensmilch muss sich wirklich gut mit dem Rest verbinden \u2013 das erreichst du nur durch kr\u00e4ftiges Shaken. Hast du keinen Shaker zur Hand? Ein altes Marmeladenglas mit festem Deckel tut’s manchmal auch.<\/p>\n

Die Batida ist ein klassischer Cocktail aus Brasilien und l\u00e4sst sich direkt auf den Cacha\u00e7a zur\u00fcckf\u00fchren, den du wahrscheinlich schon aus der Caipirinha kennst. Der Begriff \u201eBatida\u201c kommt \u00fcbrigens aus dem Portugiesischen und bedeutet \u201egeschlagen\u201c \u2013 eine direkte Anspielung auf das dynamische Sch\u00fctteln oder Mixen der Zutaten. Stellt euch mal vor, irgendwo in den 1920er Jahren kam ein junger Kerl auf die Idee, den lokalen Cacha\u00e7a zu verfeinern, indem er frische Fr\u00fcchte und s\u00fc\u00dfe Kondensmilch hinzuf\u00fcgte. Boom \u2013 ein fruchtiger Cocktail mit brasilianischem Herz war geboren!<\/p>\n

Vielleicht liegt das daran, dass er so wandlungsf\u00e4hig ist. Batida ist kein \u201eSnob\u201c unter den Cocktails, er ist vielmehr wie ein Freund, der f\u00fcr alle Gelegenheiten passt.<\/p>\n

Der naheliegendste Verwandte ist nat\u00fcrlich die Caipirinha<\/strong>, die ebenfalls auf Cacha\u00e7a basiert. Hier steht jedoch der zitrische Charakter der Limette im Vordergrund, w\u00e4hrend die Batida eher s\u00fc\u00dfer und fruchtiger ist.
