Schnelle Anleitung:<\/strong>
\n– 4 cl Wodka
\n– 12 cl Ginger Ale oder Zitronenlimonade (z. B. Sprite)

Detail-Tipps f\u00fcr den perfekten Dirty Shirley<\/h3>\n

Falls du es etwas genauer wissen m\u00f6chtest: Ein Dirty Shirley ist im Wesentlichen die „erwachsene“ Version des klassischen Shirley Temple (ein alkoholfreier Drink, der nach der ber\u00fchmten Kinderschauspielerin benannt wurde). Du machst ihn „dirty“, indem du Wodka hinzuf\u00fcgst.<\/p>\n

Wenn du ein bisschen mit den Zutaten spielen willst, habe ich ein paar Gedanken f\u00fcr dich:<\/p>\n

  1. Wodka<\/strong>: Der Wodka ist hier besonders wichtig, weil er die Basis bildet. Ein hochwertiger, weicher Wodka macht den Unterschied. Du kannst aber auch mit aromatisierten Wodka-Varianten experimentieren \u2013 z. B. Zitrone oder Vanille. Dieser Cocktail lebt n\u00e4mlich auch von der Leichtigkeit der Aromen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
  2. Limonade<\/strong>: Traditionell wird der Dirty Shirley mit 7UP, Sprite oder Ginger Ale zubereitet. Alle Limonaden haben ihren eigenen unverwechselbaren Charakter. 7UP ist tendenziell s\u00fc\u00dfer und weniger sprudelnd, w\u00e4hrend Ginger Ale dem ganzen eine etwas herbere Note gibt. Welches davon du bevorzugst, h\u00e4ngt also ganz von deinem Geschmack ab. Pers\u00f6nlich w\u00fcrde ich dir aber Ginger Ale empfehlen, wenn du den Drink ein wenig komplexer machen m\u00f6chtest.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Grenadine<\/strong>: Dieser s\u00fc\u00dfe Sirup verleiht dem Cocktail nicht nur seinen herrlich r\u00f6tlichen Farbschimmer, sondern eine angenehme Fruchtigkeit, die perfekt mit der Limonade harmoniert. Wichtig ist: \u00dcbertreibe es nicht mit der Menge. Zu viel Grenadine und du hast pl\u00f6tzlich eine Zuckerbombe vor dir. 2 cl passen in der Regel ideal.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Kirschen<\/strong>: Maraschino-Kirschen (die knallrote Variante) sind ein Muss f\u00fcr den Dirty Shirley. Aber, etwas f\u00fcr Fortgeschrittene: Wenn du etwas mehr Tiefe im Geschmack willst, probiere Amarena-Kirschen. Die haben weniger von dieser \u201ek\u00fcnstlichen\u201c S\u00fc\u00dfe und h\u00e4ngen oft etwas kr\u00e4ftiger am Gaumen.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Glas<\/strong>: Typisch servierst du den Dirty Shirley in einem Highball-Glas. Die H\u00f6he und das Volumen dieses Glases bieten genug Platz f\u00fcr eine ordentliche Menge Eis und den Drink selbst, ohne dass jemand das Gef\u00fchl hat, er\/sie trinke einen Short-Drink.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Die Geschichte & Verwandte Cocktails<\/h3>\n

    Also, wie du dir wahrscheinlich schon gedacht hast, stammt der Dirty Shirley von einem Klassiker der \u201emocktail\u201c-Welt ab, dem Shirley Temple<\/strong>. Urspr\u00fcnglich war dieser Getr\u00e4nk das Nonplusultra f\u00fcr Kinder, die \u201ewie die Gro\u00dfen\u201c trinken wollten, aber ohne Alkohol. Es wurde speziell f\u00fcr die damals ber\u00fchmte Kinderfilm-Darstellerin Shirley Temple gemacht \u2013 angeblich in den sp\u00e4ten 1930er Jahren in Hollywood. Und jetzt kommt der Twist: Irgendwann dachte sich jemand, warum nicht einfach Wodka dazugeben und dabei den gleichen fruchtigen Genuss beibehalten?<\/p>\n

    Interessanterweise hat sich das Getr\u00e4nk nie so richtig in die klassische Cocktail-Szene integriert, obwohl es mittlerweile einen gewissen Kultstatus genie\u00dft. Vielleicht liegt das daran, dass es (zu Unrecht) als zu \u201ekindlich\u201c oder „s\u00fc\u00df“ abgetan wird.<\/p>\n

    Auch wenn es viele Variationen gibt, die die gleiche Richtung einschlagen, solltest du dir Tequila Sunrise<\/strong> oder Sea Breeze<\/strong> anschauen. Beide haben \u00e4hnliche fruchtige Aromen und setzen auf Grenadine, unterscheiden sich aber in der verwendeten Basis-Spirituose (Tequila bzw. Wodka) und der Wahl des Mixers. Zudem gibt es die Midori Sour<\/strong>, der ebenfalls f\u00fcr Liebhaber von s\u00fc\u00dfen, aber nicht zu komplizierten Cocktails gemacht ist, jedoch mit einem Melonenlik\u00f6r anstelle der Grenadine.<\/p>\n
