Der Porto Flip lebt von seiner fluffigen Konsistenz, die du durch das Vermixen von Ei und den Spirituosen erzeugst. Shaken, als ob dein Leben (oder zumindest dein Cocktail) davon abh\u00e4ngt!<\/p>\n<p>Man darf auch nicht vergessen, dass dies ein Cocktail f\u00fcr Genie\u00dfer ist. Kein Drink, den man schnell wegsch\u00fcttet. Der Muskatnuss-Touch zum Schluss ist klein, aber m\u00e4chtig \u2013 \u00e4hnlich wie das Sahneh\u00e4ubchen auf dem Cappuccino. Urspr\u00fcnglich geh\u00f6rt er zur Familie der <strong>&#8222;Flips&#8220;<\/strong>, eine Cocktailkategorie, die seit dem 17. Jahrhundert bekannt ist. Historisch gesehen waren Flips eher warme Getr\u00e4nke, die oft mit Bier und Ei gemacht wurden \u2013 quasi der Gro\u00dfvater unseres Porto Flip.
