Der Daiquiri lebt von seiner Klarheit und Frische \u2013 zu viele Aromen \u00fcberladen das Ganze.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2. Die S\u00e4ure: Limettensaft<\/h4>\n<p>Frischer Limettensaft ist ein Muss. Die K\u00fchle: Eis<\/h4>\n<p>Klares, hartes Eis ist f\u00fcr den Shake entscheidend. Die Eisw\u00fcrfel sollten nicht zu schnell schmelzen, damit du nicht im Endeffekt einen verw\u00e4sserten Daiquiri hast, der eher an verw\u00e4sserte Erinnerungen als an &#8222;Sonnenuntergang am Strand&#8220; erinnert.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Shaker-Tipp<\/strong>: 15-20 Sekunden richtig kr\u00e4ftig sch\u00fctteln \u2013 du willst die Inhaltsstoffe ordentlich durchwirbeln und das Eis ein bisschen splittern lassen, aber nicht absaufen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>5. Abseihen und servieren<\/h4>\n<p>Zum Servieren: In ein gek\u00fchltes Glas ohne Eis abseihen (wer will, kann das Glas auch vorher im K\u00fchlschrank parken). Manche geben gerne Zesten oder ein St\u00fcck Limette als Deko hinzu, aber traditionell bleibt der Daiquiri &#8222;plain&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h3>Herkunft des Daiquiri und verwandte Cocktails<\/h3>\n<p>Der Daiquiri hat eine spannende Geschichte. Die Legende geht so: Irgendwann um das Jahr 1898 in Kuba \u2013 genauer gesagt in der N\u00e4he der kleinen K\u00fcstenstadt Daiquir\u00ed \u2013 war ein amerikanischer Ingenieur namens <strong>Jennings Cox<\/strong> wohl in Puncto Getr\u00e4nkezutaten kl\u00e4glich unvorbereitet. Es gab eine Notlage \u2013 kein Gin im Haus! (Kenne ich, wenn ich auf eine Party gehe, der schlimmste Fehler, den man machen kann). Cox verband das, was er hatte: Rum, Limettensaft und Zucker, um einen einfachen, erfrischenden Drink f\u00fcr seine G\u00e4ste zu zaubern. Da die Kombination so gut ankam, war der Daiquiri geboren. Schnell verbreitete sich der Drink in den \u00f6rtlichen Bars und wurde zu einem Favoriten \u2013 auch bei Schriftstellern wie <strong>Ernest Hemingway<\/strong>, der sp\u00e4ter eine abgewandelte Version namens &#8222;Hemingway Daiquiri&#8220; pr\u00e4gte. Diese Version ist weniger s\u00fc\u00df, da der alte Ernest eine Vorliebe f\u00fcr zuckerarme Drinks hatte \u2013 vielleicht versuchte er ja, auf seine Linie zu achten, w\u00e4hrend er an den Bars Havannas schrieb.<\/p>\n<p>Ein besonderer Drink, eng verwandt mit dem Daiquiri, ist der <strong>Hemingway Daiquiri<\/strong>, der neben den \u00fcblichen Zutaten noch Maraschino-Lik\u00f6r und Grapefruitsaft enth\u00e4lt und etwas weniger Zucker verwendet. Dann gibt\u2019s da noch den <strong>Frozen Daiquiri<\/strong>, die etwas dekadentere Sommer-Cocktail-Variante, in dem der Mix mit Crushed Ice p\u00fcriert wird \u2013 perfekt, wenn du dir wie Ferris Bueller an einem freien Tag vorkommen willst.<\/p>\n<p>Wer noch tiefer graben will, kann sich die <strong>Wikipedia-Seite<\/strong> zum Daiquiri zu Gem\u00fcte f\u00fchren. das Anfang eines schlechten Kartenspiels mit &#8222;Barspezialit\u00e4ten&#8220;) ist genau, wie wenig man braucht, um einen wirklich guten Drink zu
